What we look for in a driver
A FedEx Ground Driver (FXGD) with RoundAbout, Inc. will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient handling, delivery, and documenting of packages to our business and residential customers in Kansas and Missouri.
The FXGD will be responsible for knowing, understanding, and adhering to all FedEx Ground and RoundAbout, Inc policies and procedures.
The FXGD will be responsible for properly inspecting, operating, and documenting any issues with delivery vehicles.
We are always looking for reliable, safe and motivated delivery drivers for our routes in Overland Park, Stilwell, Belton & Lees Summit. The qualities we value most in our drivers are reliability, efficiency and integrity.
Delivery drivers must be 21 or older, have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background and drug screen. A CDL is not required to drive for us.

After completion of our 12-week Safety Training Program and Assessment Period, full-time drivers are eligible for:
